Saturday, September 26: Anyone within a short drive of Adrian, MI, come join the locals for our second annual fall century ride. We’re rolling out at 7:45a. The pace will be easy. The route will be largely flat. The weather (to whatever extent I have a say in such matters) will be splendid. And the spirit of camaraderie will be high and freely pedaled (so to speak). In a word, the day looks to be positively velo-licious.
Here’s the route for those of you who care to take a look.
We presently have five riders planning to participate, but more are welcome to attend. PLEASE NOTE: This will be an unsupported tour, i.e., no SAG vehicles. However, there will plenty of places to stop along the way, and we anticipate a hosted lunch (for those who chip in) at a park near Whitehouse (roughly the 52-mile mark).
